Good growth, that's what we stand for

Good Growth Collective was founded with the purpose to help facilitate good growth for companies, people and the planet, while bringing together young talent with senior expertise, and creating innovative solutions that drive meaningful impact across sectors and generations.

Sustainability is no longer optional, it’s a necessity for companies as well as the environment. As climate change and biodiversity loss accelerate, organizations and communities face growing exposure to complex sustainability risks that stretch far beyond regulation. Our mission

Our mission is to empower young (international) talent to pursue the goals of tomorrow, today, and fuel their drive to help companies unlock their good growth, profitably and sustainably. By combining fresh perspectives with seasoned experience, we create the energy and insight needed to tackle complex sustainability challenges. From regulatory compliance and ESG reporting to strategy development and long-term impact, we’re here to advise you on your sustainability journey, and turn ambition into action.

Our vision

Our vision is to build a collective of sustainability consultants and ESG experts, united across borders, that deliver smart, impactful solutions for companies, people and the planet. By joining de Jong & Laan and partnering with recently acquired firms like TIC Advisory, JAN Accountants and Crowe Peak, we are able to strengthen our expertise as well as extend our reach. Together with our international network, we aspire to spark a movement that drives good growth around the globe and fulfils the sustainability needs of the future.

What good growth means to us

Good growth means operating within our planetary boundaries, while thriving financially and creating stakeholder value, not in spite of it but because of it. In line with the Paris Agreement and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), we hope to make our contribution to limiting global warming below 2 °C, and help decelerate the risks of climate change and improve the impact on biodiversity and society. To achieve our purpose, we adopt the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as the foundation for what Good Growth Collective stands for. Interested in any of our services? We offer them to you in a tailor made model. This means that alongside your team we will develop a project based on your short-term needs with standardized project fees. These projects address issues through company-specific strategies developed together with your team to ensure your business is more efficient, profitable and sustainable.

As a Service

From yearly sustainability reports to immediate improvements to your ESG performance we offer our solutions in a comprehensive 'as a service' package. Through a monthly subscription model we offer you the full extent of Good Growth Collective's expertise to tackle an ever-changing regulatory landscape. Our experts will dive into your company to figure out your main outstanding, and recurring pain-points. Based on this we'll address all your sustainability issues.
