How it works
1. Application
You start out the classic way: You apply to one of our open vacancies,
or you take the road less traveled:

2. ESG bootcamp
Welcome! After a succesful application we'll put you through an ESG bootcamp. Our senior consultants will guide you through the GGC way of working before you start your first project. You will learn key skills for consulting, and key ESG topics to best help our clients.
3. Client work
Now you're ready to start! You will work on ESG projects alongside our clients. You will learn to become proactive and take initiative to discuss the project with your senior colleagues and participate actively in our team meetings.
4. Good growth
We provide the time, tools and team for you to take the lead in your journey as a young professional. Reflect on client feedback, develop your consulting skills, deepen your ESG knowledge and get inspired at events to grow your professional network.
5. Beyond
We are eager for our colleagues and alumni to remain part of our collective. Together we can build a global platform to share best practices and innovative solutions in the ESG landscape with our community of sustainability experts.
